Just under 40miles in 2hrs on the road bike. Stopped off a Brog for a quick chat then off again. Got caught in a thunderstorm at Woburn. Boy there were some sub~250m thunderclaps... flash BANG types. Scared me a little. Waited until the electricity cleared off then headed for home.

When I got in I put my route on GPSAR downloaded from my GARMIN 201, which I've not reloaded until now. It is a java application. Great way to look at your ride, you get a moving altitude graph too. Not sure that's much use for windsurfing, but the upwind - downwind function is good for that.... of course.
